We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our buyers to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note if payment has already been made online. In such case the buyer will be refunded.


The buyer may cancel the transaction after one hour of order,prior to delivery and if paid online will be bound by refund policy mentioned above.


In the event of non-delivery from FISHFED due to unavoidable reason FISHFED will refund the amount as per refund policy.
